Infant to Toddler overnight

I lost my baby overnight! Meghan seems to be turning into a toddler at lightning speed. She all of the sudden is pulling herself up to anything and everything, including the garbage can which isn't strong enough to hold her so she ends up tipping it over and spilling it everywhere. She unloads the dishwasher as I'm loading it and unfolds the laundry as I'm folding it. She claps and waves all the time. She eats just about anything, her favorites include Mac n Cheese, meat, fruit (especially bananas), bread, pretty much anything we are eating. She also got another tooth recently, one on the top but not her front, it's the one to the left of her front teeth.
