This Thanksgiving I finally perfected a Lemon Meringue Pie! Thanks to some research and some helpful tips from my brother in law, Jon, who is a Pastry Chef!
I consider myself a decent cook and baker but for some reason I could not make a Lemon Meringue Pie. This really bothered me especially since this happens to be my favorite kind of pie! This and German Chocolate pie, which I totally made up a recipe for and I received a lot of compliments on it as well! It was delish also!
