Halloween was a lot of fun this year! All 3 kids kiddos looked so cute in their costumes and seemed to enjoy the entire day. Liam asked me about every hour how much longer until trick or treating! Devin had to do a side job in the morning and then when he got home he carved pumpkins with the kids. Their favorite part is cleaning the "guts" out.

We started off the night at my parent's house. We started a tradition several years ago that we go over there and eat homemade soup and rolls. It's always delicious. Meg wasn't feeling good most of the day and didn't nap very well. So she was a peach at the start of the evening.
She really did not want her costume on....especially the shoes.
Her costume is a Tulip Fairy.
She is still so cute! Even scowling.

Ryleigh was a Spooky Spirit. We sprayed white color stuff in her hair and put glitter on her
face. I think she turned out pretty cute, I mean scary!

Liam was Scream. He has wanted to be this since last Halloween, and he was so excited about it. I like these kind of costumes that are nice and easy. You don't have to do anything with hair or makeup. He had a great night.

After my parent's we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa McCoy's neighborhood in Val Vista Lakes. They go all out and there are tons of people out in their driveways with fire pits and decorations. Devin wore this costume and you wouldn't believe the reaction he got walking down the street. It was Blu's costume and last minute he decided to go as something else, so Dev put it on. With Devin already being 6' 5" the extension of the costume seemed even that much more dramatic. People constantly stopped him and asked if he could take a picture with them. I made his dad stand by him in this picture so we could remember how tall he looked.

Meg was funny because once she realized she got candy if she put her bucket out to people, she was all about it. She would walk up, set the bucket down on the ground in front of them, take a big step back and once they dropped the candy in it she would go grab it and head back to me where her chariot (stroller) awaited her.
And by the end of the night this is what she looked like.

It was a great Halloween!
