Memorial Day Weekend 2009

We went camping this past weekend with our friends, the Breinholt's. We always have a great time with them and their family. Thanks for always thinking of us! It was really cold and rainy, last Memorial Day it snowed, we cut the trip short by one night because it was sooo cold.
Here are some pictures from our weekend!

Megs is at a difficult age for camping! She has only been walking for a little over a month, and with it being rough terrain and wearing sneakers for the first time. she spent a lot of time
picking herself up.

There was a little trench they dug all around the eating area to drain some of the water away, she thought it was fun to step over it, only she fell quite often.

Liam and Devin went shooting with a bunch of other men and boys.
Dev snapped a couple pictures. I know he uses the wrong eye to focus with.

Meghan loved the quad, if she heard it leave without her she cried. She didn't even care that she was squished between Ry and the 2 DS's and 2 card games that I had in my pouch pocket.

We hardly saw the kids unless they were hungry, thirsty, or wanted a ride on the quad.
Meg and I took a ride to go check on them and got a few pictures.

This is one of 2 pictures I got of Ryleigh, she was so busy playing all the time.

Liam is a really good shot. Devin said he hit almost all of the targets they set up on his first try.
Devin taking Liam and Meghan on the quad. These 3 went on a 9 mile ride, Liam drove for 3 of the miles and his thumb "was killing him!"

Wow, I'd worry less about the eye he was sighting with and more about the toe he's about to shoot off :) Were the pellet guns or live ammo.?
