1st Quarter down

We got the kids report cards and they both did a great job and both made Honor Roll. I'm so proud of them.

Ryleigh's- 4th grade

I went to Parent-teacher conferences and both of their teachers had really nice things to say about them. I thought it was interesting that they both are constantly asking what they can do to help, and that it's always asked at the appropriate time.
Ryleigh still struggles with reading, as far as speed goes, but her teacher says she can tell that when she reads she is really trying to understand what she is reading so of course that would slow her down.
Liam on the other hand is a very fast reader, already testing where he needs to be at the end of the year, but he also needs to work on comprehension.

Love them both and couldn't be prouder of their love for learning and their desire to get good grades. Let's hope that continues on with them.
