Yesterday we spent the day at the Lake with Devin's dad, Cody, Makenna, and Blu. It was Makenna's 10th birthday and she wanted to go to the lake. Her "real" party is scheduled for the 7th at Amazing Jake's. This was Meghan's first time out on the boat and she wasn't too sure of it. First of all she didn't like the life jacket, it was too confining! Second she wanted her binky the entire time and wanted her daddy the entire time. I was only good enough when daddy was cliff jumping or riding the tube. So the picture above shows where she was most of the time. We had to put her in the water a couple of times to cool her off, and she was not a fan of the lake.

All the kids wanted to go cliff jumping, so we went to a popular spot for this activity and sent the kids swimming and then hiking up the side of the mountain. This was a first time event for my kids. But they quickly became fans and only wanted to do this the rest of the time.
This is Liam's first jump! After this jump he would call out to me "mommy, are you ready?" He wanted his picture taken every time. So, I have lots!

After a lot of peer pressure Ryleigh jumped too! You can see Devin up on the mountain and Cody in the water. She wanted him to be there before she jumped! She also became a fan and jumped several more times!

Makenna, Devin, and Ryleigh on the tube. You need to click on this picture to make it
bigger and check out the girls faces!

This is how Meghan took her nap! The lifejacket made a perfect pillow and Devin strung up a towel to shade her. It did a pretty good job.

I have lots of pictures of Cody on the wakeboard, tubing, and jumping off the cliffs! He is so good with our little kids! They all 3 love him. When we left Liam even asked me if he could come over and play at our house! I said sure and he did come over and play with Liam for a little bit.
I'm always impressed by him and his love for his nieces and nephews, you don't see that too often with a 20 year old!

Wow that looks like SO much fun. Not sure about the cliff jumping, but it sure made me wish I could have been there!
